    There are 5 Trend Reports that can be created with NeoStats Enhanced. 

    Trend Reports provide postage expense detail per day, per week, per month or per year depending on your need.

    The trend report is including: 
    Day/week/month/year; Postage used; Number of mail pieces processed; Average Cost Per Mail Piece for the following:

    • Overall Activity
    • Breakdown by Mail Class
    • Breakdown by Mail Service
    • Breakdown by Account
    • Breakdown by Operator

    NeoStats Enhanced is the optional and chargeable full version of NeoStats with advanced reporting capabilities available for IS/IN series franking machines and on NeoShip records. NeoStats Enhanced provides all of the views available in NeoStats Basic, plus the ability to create enhanced in depth Trend and Detailed Reports.

    NeoStats data is displayed on screen and with an option to create reports by exporting as a spreadsheet or other graphical formats..

    There are currently two NeoStats packages including:
    • NeoStats Basic available to all customers free of charge
    • NeoStats Enhanced, a chargeable service

    NeoStats Basic is a free app that is available for all IS/IN series franking machines and for NeoShip. You will have access to your dashboard and to one trend report displaying the evolution over the time of your expenses and of the number of items you have processed for the selected date range.

    NeoStats Basic consists of a dashboard that provides the following information:

    • Total postage spend in pounds and pence by month for the last 13 months
    • Total items processed by month for the last 13 months
    • Total postage spend for the current and last month
    • Total items processed for the current and last month
    • Total amount of recredits and total amount of funds downloaded for the current and last year

    If you are also using the NeoShip application, your NeoStats Basic dashboard for NeoShip provides you with the following information:

    • Total postage spend in pounds and pence by month for the last 13 months
    • Total items processed by month for the last 13 months
    • Total postage spend for the current and last month
    • Total items processed for the current and last month

    NeoStats Basic also consists in one trend report displaying the evolution of the expenses and of the items processed over the time. The user can select a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly evolution.

    Yes.  If Operator #1 has a MyNeopost account and is set up as the NeoStats Admin, he/she can provide access to another individual under the “portal manage users section”.  This will allow the 2nd end user to login to his/her own MyNeopost account and view the same NeoStats information as operator #1.

    Yes! 

    With this new version of NeoStats reports are available on your IS and IN machines connected by modem.

    Yes, now you can ! 

    With this new version of NeoStats if you’re on an Enhanced subscription. If you have several franking machines on your site you can report on all of the machines at the same location, by selecting your site, “My Site Name”, in the selection area.


    Yes! 

    NeoStats provides you with the overall view for both franking machine and NeoShip activities. The Enhanced version gives you in addition more detail regarding the Mail Class used for Trend and Detailed reports.

    NeoStats provides the flexibility of creating reports based on a user defined date range (selecting a start and end date via a pop-up calendar) and/ or a pre-defined date range.
    Pre-defined date ranges are:
    • 1 month
    • 1 year
