    There is no limit to the number of attachments.
    For letters and faxes, the size of each attachment must not exceed 10MB.
    The total size of an email, including attachments, must not exceed 3MB.

    You can preview your letters in PDF format by clicking on preview.
    If the document opens in the browser, you should first save it locally to your computer before opening it.
    It is also possible that the downloaded files use the ';' symbol as a delimiter, whilst Excel may use the ',' symbol.
    To download your file correctly, use another delimiter by selecting 'Data' then 'External data' followed by 'Import data', then choose the ';' delimiter when prompted by the download assistant.

    All files are transferred by HTTPS.
    Transfers therefore use 128-bit SSL encryption, considered to be the most secure system on the market. This is the standard used for bank transfers.



    It is not possible to personalize the typeface.

    The server platform that supports Neotouch is hosted in a colocation facility in a Data Center in US, and is monitored 24/7.

    The secure server racks are monitored in terms of temperature, pressure and humidity, equipped with an electric infrastructure with back-up generator and advanced fire prevention measures.



    As part of a standard contract, documents and data are archived free of charge for two months. They can be archived for up to 11 years with the fee-paying option.

    There is no need to send several letters at once. You can send from one to several thousand letters at the same time, or on the fly throughout the day depending on your particular needs.

    Yes. Simply scan your signature and insert it in your document.
    However, please note that this 'copy' of your signature has no legal value.
