I tried using my Franking Machine and the following error ocurred:


Rate table expiration date passed.

This error means that you have a Mailmark™ ready Franking Machine but you have the old Rate/Tariff file.

The error will re-occur until the new Rate file has been downloaded.

Error BAS-21-045 

  1.    Press MENU and scroll down to OPTION 9 (Online Services) and press OK
  2.    Scroll down to GENERIC CALL and press OK
  3.    A 'SERVER CALL SUCCESSFUL' message will be displayed when the call is complete and the new Rate has been downloaded
