    1.How do I add more locations to my account?
    1. Login to MyNeopost
    2. Go to the Current Location drop down and select ‘Add Location’
    3. This will bring up the option to enter the ‘Site Account Number’ and ‘Postcode’. Click Save. You will then see your new location in the drop down list. 
    4. This can also be edited to something more familiar.
     

    2.How do I set-up email alerts?
    1. Log into MyNeopost 
    2. Click on My Postage 
    3. Click on 'Email Alerts’ under Administration 
    4. Check appropriate boxes to set your alerts  
     

    3.How do I change my Password, Email address or view my web activity?
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Click ‘My Details’
    3. Change your Email address in ‘Update and verify your Email address’
    4. Click on ‘Change Password’ and follow the instructions to change your password 
     

    4. How do I view payment methods for Credifon?
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Click on 'My Postage'
    3. Click on ‘Administration’ in the Administration box
    4. Click on ‘How do I pay for My Postage’
     

    5.How do I pay money into my Credifon account using a credit card?
    1. Login to MyNeopost
    2. Click on ‘Postage Top-Up;
    3. Select payment account
     

    6. How do I check my Credifon balance?
    1. Login to MyNeopost
    2. Click MY Postage tab
     

    7. How do I view my Credifon Statements?
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Click on ‘My Postage’ and the last 3 months will appear at the bottom of the screen as a PDF, transactions that don’t appear on a statement will show as ‘Recent Transactions’
    3. Or click on ‘My Documents’ where all statements will show
     

    8. How do I know what equipment I have included in my account
    1. Login to MyNeopost
    2. Click My Equipment Tab
     

    9. How do I change the name of my machine/equipment?
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Hover over equipment name and then click ‘edit name’
     

    10. How do I change the name of the account?
    1.Login to MyNeopost
    2.Hover mouse over the account name and click ‘ edit name’
     

    11. How do I book an engineer?
    1. Login to MyNeopost
    2. Select Engineer Service Request under the product that requires support.
    3. This will bring up a web form for you to complete.
     

    12. How do I view activity on my account like postage spend?
    1. Log into My Neopost
    2. Click on 'My Activity’
    3. Under ‘Your Usage’ click on ‘Click Here’
    4. Enter 'From' and 'To' dates
    5. Click on 'Activity' for usage between set parameters
    6. Click on 'Postal Class' for breakdown of Postage costs
    7. Click on 'Departments' for breakdown of costs by department
     

    13. How do I order supplies?
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Click on ‘Order Supplies’
    3. This takes you to the Neoshop 
     

    14. How to view VAT schedules
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Click My Documents
    3. Select VAT Schedule in the ‘Type’ drop down box
    4. Click on the File to view
     

    15. How to remove Credifone email alerts
    1.Click on the link at the bottom of the email
    2.Tick the balance alert you wish to remove and click the tab to remove alert
     

    16.How to view machine manuals/user guides/FAQ's
    1.Log into my Neopost
    2. In the "suppoet" box click the knowledge Base tab
     

    17.MCB Direct Debit Target Change
    1. Log into MyNeopost
    2. Click on My Postage
    3. In the Administration box click ‘Administration’
    4. Change Minimum Credit Balance
